*Return & Refund Policy*

The objective of Acamarr is to provide you with a positive shopping experience for which we are striving our best. However, due to the nature of cosmetic and skincare products, which must remain in pristine condition, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any products once they have been opened or delivered.

Acamarr is not liable for any damage occurring after delivery. However, if you receive a damaged product upon delivery, we offer an exchange. To initiate this process, please contact us by phone or email within 24 hours of delivery at support@acamarr.com.

Exchanges will only be considered if the product was received in a damaged condition, subject to the following terms:
•⁠ ⁠A mandatory unboxing video is required to verify the damage claim.
•⁠ ⁠Claims must be submitted within 48 business hours of delivery. Claims made after this period will be rejected.
•⁠ ⁠All exchange requests are subject to review and approval by Acamarr.
•⁠ ⁠Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are eligible only for replacements, not refunds.
•⁠ ⁠Damages caused by the customer’s mishandling will not be covered under this policy.
•⁠ ⁠Once your return request is accepted, the process will be completed within 7-21 business days.

Acamarr reserves the right to determine eligibility for replacements, returns, and refunds.

All purchases are final and non-refundable. However, an item may be eligible for return within 7 days from the date of delivery if it meets any of the following conditions:
•⁠ ⁠The item was delivered in a physically damaged condition.
•⁠ ⁠The item has missing parts or accessories.
